Hotel zlokalizowany ok 5 min od stacji metra. Bardzo miła obsługa. Spodziewałam się słabego śniadania, a było naprawde dobre i syte. Tosty, naleśniki, jajka na twardo, jakieś kiełbaski, jogurty, banany.. kawa z ekspresu. Byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni.

W pokojach było duszno, okno otwierało się na ok 20-30 cm.

The location is pretty good and convenient to eat any food in flushing Chinatown.

The breakfast was just okay. There were no best parts about that. The waffles were decent but the butter was cold, it needs to be room temperature.

I didn't care for the guy that checked me in, he was rude. He was assisting me and stopped to assist the white guy behind me and claimed it was because I wasn't ready. However, when the two White folks ahead of me weren't ready, he didn't start helping me. So, the question is why? Why did he not start helping me when that couple wasn't ready. Then, after assisting me he held onto my credit card. He gave me my key and paperwork but did not remember to return my bank card.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. I would think I should have a discount to Booking.com..

it is not luxury hotel but it is afford for you pay. it was safe for security. I left laptop cell phone in the room for whole entire the day and no one touched it. (in some comments people mentioned for loosing things)

1- I paid for break fast. but we had to leave hotel at 7 am where breakfast started at 7. it is break fast that should be open from 630 or 600 if you have plan to leave early. 2- it is smelling in the lobby like water leakage. 3-people made noise on top floor up to almost morning.

Cockroaches in the room Poor customer service However they did allow us to change the room. There was no response from management, no apology from management. We were concerned that the Cockroaches got into our luggage and they would get into our home. Rooms were not clean there was dust everywhere. The mini-fridge was a little noisy at night. Even though the staff made the management aware of our experience, we received no compensation or apology. Very disappointed.

Facilities are a bit old. The chairs in the room and the furniture generally looked dilapidated. There's nothing complimentary ..I arrived at about 11:30pm and I was parched. I asked if there was a complimentary bottle of water in the room and the receptionist said "No". I asked for one and I was told to pay about $2 for it... I also think it's weird that they don't do late checkouts. I was pretty much told I'd pay for a whole day if I stayed 5 mins beyond noon... Maybe I expected too much but I've requested for late checkouts in hotels before (usually an extra 30 mins or so) and it had never been an issue. Aesthetics are poor here. I think it's overpriced for what's on offer. PS: Please bring your toiletries ... I was glad I did.

the front desk lady is very mean and not easy to communicate. the manager charges us no show fee even though we arrive on time according to booking.com. facility is old and not clean at all

No Landry room. No hot water maker. The room smell cigarette and the carpet look dirty. Very disappointed.

The room is pretty decent but the internet connect is the worst I have ever seen. It will disconnect you anytime when you watch a video or gaming. However, it only costs me $150 per night, so it is what it is. If you are only want to find a place to sleep and you have limited buget, this place is perfect for you.

Good transport links. Powerful shower.
