I asked for down stairs when booked. Ended up stairs I have bad lungs!

The room is not so clean, AC unit is not working, water is clogging in both sink, and bath tub.

There was an open and used bar of soap in the bathroom as well as one of the towels thrown on the floor when we arrived. Also some hairs in bed

The location is good and close to walk to the Plaza

We didn't like that there was a water leak in the bathroom. Fully booked and unable to get another room. Room needed a lot of repairs. Painting, covering holes in bathroom wall. Needs to be renovated.

The room was clean. There were several restaurants within walking distance.

We expected it to be closer to downtown. The towels were the worst! I use better rags than that to wash my car.

Check in. I did receive a refund for the reduced booking!

Location is on a busy road a fair way to the centre. The rooms are tired and the bed was noisy and felt like it was breaking. The room key failed within 24 hours. No coffee making in the room. Bathroom was old and felt unclean. TV remote was basic to say the least. If you want cheap at all costs then ok but this isn't even that cheap at over $100/night. Some of the reception staff were teenagers who seemed oblivious to the customer service tasks at hand. I think this sums it up - I booked for 4 nights and left after 2!

in the non smoking rooms all the smokers stand right outside their room doors and the smoke gets in your room. ugggh they should have a designated smoking area away from the rooms

- good location (close to Santa Fe downtown: walking distance & also only short drive to hikes) - comfy beds - pet friendly - not too noisy during night (not so much traffic noise, rather noises from other guests)

Initially nobody was at reception and door was locked (during normal check-in hours), but after ringing the bell the employee came and opened the door quite quickly

I thought for a Motel this was great - good location (easy walk into town), clean, large and comfortable bed, plenty of parking. Would stay here again. It looks a little divey on arrival, but it's actually fine.

Good location as you can reach downtown without a car. Rooms and Facilities ok and clean.

We booked with breakfast, but after asking for it on reception it was told `there are several locations who serves great breakfast around` instead. So, you either have breakfast or not. Both fine, but to sell as with and do not offer one is not nice.

Towels are the size of hand towels, floors where very dirty even after having them cleaned. Beds where rock hard. The smell of marijuana was so strong you could smell it from the street.

Overall this is a very economical place as a base for our ski trip in Santa Fe. Location was very convenient. Parking was tight but free in downtown area which was tremendous. Rooms and beds are a bit small to accommodate more than 2 adults. It says it fits 4 but you will be very tight and close to each other.

The electricity breaker tripped on one morning and we informed front office to have someone come to fix it. iI didn’t get fixed by the time we came back at night. Technician can’t come out until morning so they can only switched a room for us. It was a little hectic to move things around just for one more night. And due to the move, I forgot a pair of my son’s hiking boots in the old room. I’d be really appreciated if the motel finds them and willing to ship them to me.

Great location, about 15-20 minutes to the downtown area and right across the road from a Wholefoods. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet at night. The staff were very friendly!

Our shower was good, but the shower curtain was a bit short and water got on the floor a few times. Otherwise, great bathroom.

Asked for heating to be mended but didn't get done so cold in evenings. Would have been nice to have coffee machine in room.

Location to work site was great. It only took less than ten minutes each way. It was very convenient and I could reach many places from this central location. It was located next to the historic rail yards.

The shower curtain was almost too short, there was hair in the shower all weekend long, the room key had to be reset after one night of stay. The batteries in the tv remote had to be replaced. The safe box was not functional. The walls were thin enough to hear all the loud street traffic all night.
