Great location, good breakfast, clean and friendly staff

The floors seemed to be weakening in spots on 2nd floor. And the whole upstairs smelled of Marijuana. While it may be legal In some places smoke still can irritate people's lungs especially people with medical conditions.

Breakfast was good, halls were nice.

Shower was full of hair, lots of dust, trash underneath a chair in the room. Pool had no towels.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms and hallways were clean and a hot breakfast every morning. I will definitely stay here again!

Room smelled of dog. Door all torn up by dog. My head has been stuffed since last weekend because of it. Refrigerator leaking on to floor. Will not stay again.

The facility was pretty clean, there was an indoor pool, and a gym although we weren't allowed to use it bc of "COVID."

The attendant that checked me in told me there would be $100 hold on my card for "incidentals." I explained there wouldn't be any of those and the booking.com site said nothing about such charge. He was short w me and told me there most certainly was- I just didn't read the fine print. Then AFTER he ran my card said it could take up to 5 days to return the deposit. Of course if I denied the room I would be charged bc I didn't cancel in time. So I was not happy about that. Later I called and asked for an extra blanket bc my daughter was cold. He said they didn't have any but offered me sheets. BTW, when I got to the room, I read the entire agreement on booking.com, it mentioned nothing of the charge either.

So, sorry I didn’t eat breakfast but I did like the decaf coffee.

Our bed was not changed everyday that we where there.

the bed was very comfortable and room was very clean; breakfast was good also.

check in was slow but there were several people checking in at the same time.

location was good. shower had good water pressure and nice hot water. I liked the pillows the room seemed very clean

not much to watch on tv channels that were available. very noisy upstairs and in the hallways (but it did get quieter after 10 pm). the lobby had a very strong smell of a cleaning solution

Most things were great, the staff were very nice, greeting us as we left and came back, rooms were very clean.

We had booked two rooms, one room was a king suite with a pull out sofa, and one room with a king bed, when booking I ask the have the room next to each other or close by because my brother in-law, who was disabled after a stroke, has problems walking and becomes confused easily, he was visiting his grandchildren who spent the night and needed help with them, they had our rooms on the first and third floors, this just wouldn't work because of his issues and his grandchildren. We had to settle for two smaller rooms with full size beds, and the cost was only about $10 less then the other rooms with the king beds, this was very disappointing. The breakfast; biscuits were dry and hard, the spoon would stand up in the gravy, but the milk was cold.
