Location was perfect, Breakfast was very good. Room was clean.

Our room was right across from the swimming pool and it was full of kids both days. There were several families there for baseball and/or soccer tournaments so the hallway was quite noisy. They should have place a family with kids in our room and put us in a different area.

I liked the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was so delicious, and it was easy to use. The pool was nice and large, and it was kept clean. The room was also quiet, and I didn't hear a lot of outside noise.

The bed was not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be, and the pillows flattened out easily. Also, the ice machines were not working on both the third and fourth floors.

I DID NOT STAY THERE! THEY CALLED ME AND INFORMED ME THEY OVERBOOKED! I STAYED AT THE Days Inn across and down the street.

I liked the fact that breakfast was included, however the attendant couldn’t keep up with weekend demand which resulted in either waiting for a really long time or giving up & going to get food elsewhere.

the continental breakfast was very good. we enjoyed having access to the indoor pool. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property, itself, was great and the location was good for us. The staff could use better customer skills. I booked 2 rooms thru booking.com. When I arrived to check in i was told i only had one room. I tried to tell front desk I had confirmation number. she wouldn’t look at it and just said I only had 1 room. She started waiting on someone else. I was able to get a room. After I paid for my room and started walking away, she called my name and said she had found my reservation. She offered no apologies.

During our stay the toilet would not flush properly. pictures were taken as well. Each time it flushed the water would rise up. I called the front desk and they told us to come get a plunger. It was no help! We called back and the front desk suggested we use the toilets in the lobby due to the hotel being sold out. Some form of compensation should have been offered. Not having the use of a basic necessity is not acceptable.

Spacious hotel and room. Interesting breakfast with pancakes in a minute. Location is good.

Nobody was in the lobby. We had to wait for about 20 minutes until someone came. Sofa bed was terrible, it was all broken. My daughter had to turn around because otherwise head would be way lower than all of the body.

Not secure!!! The entrance from back parking lot - key would not open- someone had propped the door open with a stick- so the hotel could be accessed by anyone! after telling front desk- they just said - yes, it is a problem with that entry!!!!
