the fact that you can hear everything above and below and outside on the street arguing and the parking facility… not a good one though, also we couldn’t connect with WiFi and the phone I. the room didn’t work when we tried to call about it

Whirlpool plus shower in the bathroom, patio with a view of the ocean, king-size bed was very comfortable, table & chairs, sofabed, refrigerator, coffeemaker, a place to put your laptop (& securely lock it up) we're all nice too.

The website directions for parking was a little confusing. They have a soda & ice machine on the ground floor outside by the lobby but an ice machine on each floor would be a little more convenient.

Could use more blankets/pillows on bed

Very friendly staff. Reasonable price. Convenience. Easy check-in/out. Parking easy and convenient to your room. (Stairs and elevator for easy access was a plus for me). Quaint room. The freeway noise was bothersome (where my room was located) but the facility was quiet and enjoyable. The room could've been a little cleaner in areas (i.e., not swept or dusted) but overall it suited me fine. I will return to this facility and I hope you will give them a try.

The room could've been a bit more cleaner. The area behind where the ironing board and iron were hung on the wall hadn't been swept (or cleaned) in a while. Dirt and dust. Update the irons or make sure they are cleaned. I really needed an iron for this trip but decided not to use it. Not enough bedding for warmth. One top sheet and a very thin bedspread was just not enough. Also, I would put a sheer lining (or curtain) with the one curtain at the window so you can open the curtain without being totally exposed. Needed better sound proof windows. Not a fan of the freeway noise but I believe requesting a quieter room on the inside might be better. With that being said, you can't beat the convenience of your room to the parking and front desk. No breakfast but so glad there was a coffee maker and coffee/condiments. I didn't see a vending machine for water so I had to use my own. Unless I missed the vending machine, there needs to be at least one main vending machine for water. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I will return for another visit soon. I will recommend this facility for a quick, easy check-in and out process and reasonable price. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. This made a huge difference!
