The breakfast were paid for. The hotel didn't offer any continental breakfast. This was the only thing I dislike about the hotel. Everything else was great. I love the cleanliness of the facility and the room. The front desk representative was very professional. The customer service was great. I will recommend my friends and family.

No continental breakfast. Breakfast provided were paid for. Also the ice machine on my floor was out of ordered.

Lydia at the front desk was very helpful. She went out of her way to find us a quiet room after we (both seniors) explained that we were there to visit our ill cousin in the local hospital's ICU.

I left my phone charger in Room 610 and called about this when we got home to NY. It was never turned in. Very annoying and especially irksome as we'd left a good tip for housekeeping.

The location was great for us. Not far from our daughters home. The pool was very cold though.

Disappointed the restaurant was not opened during the weekend. The website should specify that. Also, I paid for breakfast and the front desk clerk stated we didn’t need a ticket for breakfast we only needed to tell the restaurant our room number. This was not correct. The restaurant hostess did not understand and repeatedly told me I needed a ticket. She eventually went up to the front desk and they confirmed I purchased the breakfast option and gave me the tickets.

We traveled to Rockville for daughters volleyball tournament! We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant on site to only find out when we checked in the restaurant is only open Monday thru Friday! So we had to scramble to find a place to grab food after a long day of travel and volleyball! Very disappointing that the restaurant is not open on weekends wish I would have know before booking we would have chose a hotel that has there’s open

The pillows on the bed needs to be bigger not a twin size pillow very uncomfortable also listen to the sirens go up and down the road all nite did not help for sleeping!
