Good location, very clean, newer facility that’s well maintained. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
Breakfast needs a little more variety but was ok.

The elevator was not working, and when the clerk at the front desk saw I had a cane (I'm slightly disabled), he kindly carried most of my items (I took my own purse) to the second floor for me. VERY polite and thoughtful.
Fix the elevator so disabled people won't have to ask for extra help.

The breakfast was yummy and perfect to start the day. The staff was attentive and kind. The hotel is fairly close to El Camino Hospital and was a good price for the cleanliness and hospitality.
One of the 3 nights, I had a noisy neighbor that woke me up. Thankfully they were gone the next night. Of course, this was not the fault of the hotel.

the surprise $25 deposit that Booking.com never mentioned the property would take after I prepaid my hotel bill in advance!

the breakfast was fair. The hot foods were really pretty disgusting, the pancake maker was broken, the juice was broken. I am glad it was available, but I would not have paid money for it.
the elevator was broken- and no signs that it was getting fixed.

The only elevator was non-functional my entire stay (4 days).

Most things were good
The elevator was not working, so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. Also, the parking lot and entrance was an unsightly construction zone.

Breakfast and the short hair lady who was providing service in the breakfast room. She was so welcoming and nice.

Staff was very responsive/accommodating and the room was neat and clean. The breakfast was surprising good and they had a really good selection of food that would suit most.
The actual location is close to most freeways and is on a less busy stretch of El Camino, but their parking lot was tiny. I think they could fit about 20-25 cars because about half of the parking lot was fenced off for some sort of construction. A guest has a real chance at not having a place to park their car if they arrive later in the evening. With no other options for parking nearby we ended up parking and taking an Uber to various places - which to me is silly.
