The smell of “cleaner” was so overpowering it burned my eyes and noes. The mattress was from the 80s, and I could see stains on the protector under the sheets (see pic). The desk chair was filthy of some liquid or vomit stain (see pic). Breakfast was a granola bar or yogurt. The front desk didn’t have any regular coffee packets for the room.

The front desk was unaware of my reservation and pulled up a canceled reservation (canceled more than a month prior) and still attempted to charge for an unnecessary room. It also appeared me checking in was inconvenient for the clerk. The TV remote then did not work. Blood was found on one of the pillows and when the front desk was notified, they said they did not have any to replace them. Overall the staff that was met on the day of checking out, was friendly and helpful.

I liked it was cheaper than Johnson City since it was family weekend at ETSU. They were clean and seemed to be slowly renovating the property and rooms. There were no bugs or rodents and clean.

The 2 charges that came out way to early. There should have been the one charge quoted as a book now pay later was untrue. There was a holding charge that xsme out before I even checked in. Then, the rest of the room payment came out right after. However, they did let me check in early before 3p.

It was clean

Needs remodeled. While we was gone they took the dirty towels but didn't give us new ones for the other days.

Well I had been fine with everything until this evening when I have realized that I paid for our trip on Friday AND again today. Was going to contact booking.com in the morning.

Peep hole was missing and covered with tape. No lock on the door. TV was busted. NO HOT WATER. And, the ice machine was broken.

Not being told the truth that u all put a hold on money that's not urs and not being told about it would have never stayed if I knew that I paid cash and u still held more money on my debt card that's not rite

Close to breweries in town. 12 min drive.

Room smelled like smoke when we checked in, the smoke detector was beeping and after asking for it to be fixed while we were gone for 4 hours, returned to find that it was still beeping and they finally came up to fix it at 11pm. Just so ridiculous. And toilet ran all night.

came to the room the door was wide open , toilet ran the whole night , smoke alarm kept beeping so loud that I unplugged it and put it under towels in the bathroom to try to sleep, ac unit had water in the floor and had a footprint in it ,( which was not mine ) hairs was found in the towels and in the toilet , asked to see if I could possibly change to a different room and was told I had the last one and told the employees the problems and didn’t offer abs sort of discount or any type of refund even hoe small it was , I paid for two nights but I only stayed for one and went to do my job for work and then went straight home

staff was friendly

The room had so much humidity our sheets were wet from moisture. Entire room smelled like mildew and musky. Jacuzzi was dirty and rusty.

didn’t really have a dislike. I was a quick stop. We arrived late and left early.
