I am requesting a full refund! The hotel was working off of a generator and the 3rd floor room they gave me did not have air conditioning. The lights would flicker and not stay on. The hallway was dark as hell. I had to use my phone light. I asked for a flashlight or battery operated fan and they looked and sounded frustrated with me. I went to my room and immediately went back to the front desk and checked out. I asked for my money to be refunded on my credit card. They said booking.com has to do it.

Relativ nah gelegen am Flughafen.

Alles vollständig in die Jahre gekommen und von Erholung oder Wohlfühlen absolut weit entfernt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren unfreundlich, wenig gesprächig und wirkten schlecht gelaunt. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und gegessen wurde von Papptellern.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff, super friendly, and the shuttle experience to the airport was awesome. We are from Erie and travel through Cleveland a lot. I i feel that my car is in a very safe area and will be as I left it when i get back. It was very easy to get to the airport. Joe, the shuttle driver was great too!

Kind of needed updating

I booked it because it had a pool. The pool was being remodeled, though, so it wasn't available to use. That should have been made more clear.
