No breakfast included with stay. Tried to order food from the restaurant but they were out of almost everything. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Cleaned, lack of towels

The staff was nice and attentive, only complaint was our first day there was a lack of towels for our room and at the pool, but the next day there was plenty so no big deal. It was a nice stay.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. At check in there was a slight problem that was dealt with easily. Every staff member I passed smelled and greeted me.

The room was dated. No USB outlets. The space was tight.

We were there for my daughter's competition. The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was clean. My daughter enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the breakfast it was one of the better breakfasts I have had in a hotel. The convenience of the Civic Center, all the shopping and the variety of restaurants.

There are not enough carts to load/unload your car, we had to carry everything to our room when we arrived & carry all our luggage , bedding and hanging clothes back down to our vehicle when we checked out. The other guests were allowed to keep them in their room when they were finished using it. We asked for towels, we were told they would be brought to our room, it never happened. The price of the food compared to the quality and quantity is why too high, if I wanted to eat a McDonald's type hamburger and pay steak prices I would actually go to McDonalds. Also, the TV only had 5 or 6 channels, a couple HBO and Sports. If you want to watch anything else you watch pay for view and the cost is very high.
