I felt safe. The room was comfortable
We were told that the hotel is in the midst of updating. It looks worn out and old. The public areas are large empty rooms with minimal furnishings. Gives an aura of neglect.

I enjoy staying here as this is my third time now but the last time we stayed the pool was closed the entire time and this time the hot tub smelled like pee so bad and was so musty. The staff is very friendly however some of the rates are pretty high and do not offer breakfast. Other than these few complaints we do like it.
Just the pee and dirty details of the hot tub.

Beautiful hotel. Great pool. Loved the all access room
Had to pay for breakfast even though when I booked it said Breakfast was free. Had an issue with my daughter having a friend join us for the weekend when she arrived at the hotel. Stayed 4 nights would've liked some type of incentive maybe a free night or something especially after what I paid total upon checkout

Very run down facilities. ☹️. Broken things everywhere, very much in need of updating. Bed was very uncomfortable, sinks in the middle of the mattress. The price we paid was way too much for what we got.

I’m requesting a full refund we checked in and maybe 10 minutes later, if that, we went back to the desk and said we were not spending the night. That hotel room is gross the whole hallway stunk there was a bleach stain on the carpet in the hallway the vent in the bathroom is falling down and all rusty. The ceiling tiles are all water stained and brown.
The desk clerk said she couldn't refund our money because we already checked in - of course - how would we know how awful the room would be if we hadn't checked in ?
This is not a true Doubletree - we love Double Tree and have spent much money and different locations which is why we just picked Doubletree. I wouldn’t spend $20 on that room, but I would spend $500 on a really good room and we have with double tree in Hilton we want our money back.

Very minor, not the variety that should have been. No Milk, Cereal, or fruit. Very mediocre. Only went once because of the poor variety. Parents got told they couldn't bring Creal in for kids and special milk they needed.
Rooms were nice and staff was very friendly from front desk to housekeeping. Mat at the front desk was very helpful checking us in and letting us know where to go and what to see. Made our trip enjoyable.
It was all about the outside not up to Hilton standards .
The grounds were not up to the Hilton standards. Weeds everywhere looks like they were closing. Trash cans not emptied in a week. Food all over the parking lot. No outside Maintenace at all and no one cared. Vagrant's using downstairs rest rooms. One cup sat on top of a light for the whole week . Ketchup spilled outside all over the sidewalk.

We stayed at three different chain hotels this week. The other two had great breakfast at no charge and they were 30% to 50% cheaper room rates and much better breakfast.
The bathroom was the smallest and oldest design of the three hotels we experienced this week.

The pool and hot tub were unavailable and we were planning on using them. Our tub was dirty. The shower curtain had hair on it. The hotel needed updating and wasn't very clean.

It was a convenient location.
We booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Arrived to find it was under repair for the past several days. A heads up would have been appreciated so we could make plans accordingly. I asked for a discount because of this inconvenience. Crickets!

We were walked to another hotel for our first night due to overbooking and then had to pay a higher rate to stay our second night—even though we were told we would stay for free. We were also traveling with a 4 month old baby and didn’t find out we were walked until we arrived at 9pm. I was hoping to get my baby right to bed when we arrived, instead he couldn’t go to bed until 10pm because we find and get to another hotel. Also, the daytime shift manager was rude.

Electricity was out until 830pm so couldn't get to the room until then because the elevators were not working. There was no customer service recovery. No cookie, no breakfast or even bottle of water.

When my friend and I arrived at your location, we found out the pool and hot tub were not functional. I had specifically asked if both were going to be available for Labor Day weekend when I made the reservation and was told YES. The pool/hot tub were the sole reason we booked with you. My friend and I then had to scramble to find another hotel in the area that served our needs. VERY disappointed! Guests should have been notified ahead of time!! There was another lady checking in at the same time who was stuck in the same situation.
I will say the front desk staff was cooperative in canceling our reservation but it never should have been necessary in the first place.
