The beds were really nice.

Being routed to a road full of ditches and corn on google maps. Having the hotel staff after a 4.5 hour drive while google tells me to drive my car into a ditch with 2 feet of standing water and mud. While my shoes get muddy. I spent 30 minutes driving around in a corn field. Potentially damaging my car. The hotel staff say this had been happening for years. I reported the "road" to Google as a private road in 5 minutes confirming I got the right one. That goes around the back of the hotel. Composed of ditches and corn. The messenger representative said it would be passed off to management who already know. Saying I am sorry the road was not what I expected massive understatement. I had to walk down from my room with my socks on to clean them on the door mat at the hotel. Then get 5,000 points so I can spend $300 more with Choice Hotels. To get a room for 1 night at their cheapest properties. I got my car washed and hope to God the suspension and under carriage are okay. I have pictures and video in my chat with your Facebook messenger representative. They are kind of funny and sad being taken at 5am.

it was dirty there was brown spots on my blanket. A nail was laying in my bed. it smells. the fridge smells. mirrors and windows haven’t been cleaned.

The lady I dealt with, wasn't too friendly., I definitely didn't want to deal with her, we came into town early that day, so I called to ask if we could check in a little early. Since online it says check in isn't until 4pm. I got a very rude reply, so I made sure to not show up early and wait for check in.
