Well appointed rooms, spacious, and clean. Breakfast in the am is also very nice

Staff extremely friendly, all were in hotel labeled attire, clean. Room clean, but 'wet/dry' marks on table and counters, door on closet off the track - unable to correct. Only 2 tiny pillows on the bed. NOT up the standards of Hilton - just an inexpensive type room at Hilton prices :-(

I didn't like that you booking.com didn't send my virtual affirm payment to the hotel and they cancelled my reservation without me knowing drove 8 hrs to find this out went to a concert and drove 8 hrs home because all hotels was booked I'll never use your service ever again.

The breakfast was good; the person running the breakfast did a good job. The location is great, next to the Greenbriar Mall.
The toilet needs to be adjusted. I got it to work by adjusting the chain, but it could use some work by a plumber probably.

It's sad to say this,
but this stay I AM NOT PLEASE with.
I have Recently stayed here a few years ago ( 2018 and 2019), and you all were doing remodeling down in the lobby and other areas that was understandable, but the room was acceptable at that time. But now it seems as if things have changed considering the room. The carpet is dirty. The chair's seat is not acceptable, the shower, Oh my God, what do I need to say?!!!!!!!!!
Words alone can not express or explain how frustrating I am having to clean this room!!!!!!! I'm sending photos showing this issue.
I know the pandemic episode happened. I know companies are short of staff, but this still does not make up for the things that we are experiencing or have experienced in this room.
Even before the pandemic, I was and still am a clean fanatic. I always have my own cleaning supplies from home due to the horror stories you hear so much about when it comes to hotel stays.
The shower was pure filthy. I had to try to clean it due to the old residue that was in it..
I used a cleaning solution, which, when it had contact with the source, it was horrible, pure germs...
Someone surely needs to discount this or correct the issue..
I wanted to check out but would have lost the funding I submitted...
I am not, please. I do reviews on both Yelp and Google and have stayed at several hotels, lodges, etc...
This is the only good thing was the friendly room associates, I did leave them a blessing, which is normally what I do, because this may not have been their cause.. this is a management issue..
And yes, I can be frustrated because I have worked in the hotel industry, so I do know how the cleaning aspects go. We also found weave hair in the trash bucket

The room was dated. Dark. Scuffs. Stains. Ripped bedding. Mold and rust in bathroom. AC didn’t work properly. Floors were dirty. Bed is an old spring mattress that was horribly uncomfortable! Pillows with thin and useless! Bathtub was peeling. Water took forever to get hot. Headboard was filthy with splatters on it.

The staff were excellent! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Saying good morning and greeting us or asking how we were every time they saw us was so nice and caring.
They are short staffed so waiting for a scheduled room cleaning kept us out of our room for most of the day looking for things to do.
Bed was comfortable and this is very important as a traveler with chronic lower back issues. It was also quiet. We were never disturbed with neighbor noises.
The refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer were very clean and in good working order; Never had a problem with them. The a/c and fan worked well also. It kept our room environment pleasant for the changing weather.
The breakfast was ok. It came in handy when we ran low on our purchased breakfast products.
The gym was clean and the equipment was in good working order which I used almost daily. A good supply of clean weights, floor mat, and ample floor space for stretching and yoga. Each treadmill and elliptical machine has it's own screen for streaming news or shows which was fun.
I didn't like the fact that reporting a kitchen sink leak three times didn't get resolved while there; waiting for our scheduled room cleaning; only one washer available to use since the second one was out of order. For this size of a hotel, there should be more washer/dryers for customer use.
We enjoy coffee a lot! The room has a coffee maker using pods that I had to double up on to make one cup. Not very flavorful but it worked ok. We usually bring our own coffee grounds so we prefer a regular hotel sized coffee pot which are the small ones. The staff were so understanding about this and freely gave us more coffee pods to use.
