layout of the room was not user friendly only 3 valet carts when you have 60 rooms checking out is not helpful,the valet cart design was like a feed cart and not user friendly.

The room was efficiently laid out and conveyed a sense of order that made it very comfortable. Plus I could walk my dog on the edge of Shenandoah University in the early morning and evening - which we both enjoyed.

Diappointed in the breakfast offerings. It was a busy weekend but still did not expect that there would be no yogurt and hardly any fresh fruit or bread/pastry items.

Location, ease of getting on highways, room and bed were comfortable, breakfast included in room price. All staff were pleasant.

Shower/bathroom could have been cleaned better - more attention to details, removing soap scum.

Near of everything. The room was nice and clean.

Didn’t want to be on the dog’s floor(second floor), I had a room on the third and……….just in front of a customer’s room (third floor) with a dog!?!? Ask for a quiet place and gave me a room just beside the stairs with a door that was slammed all night long.
