Staff was nice an I liked the products that were left

To noisy downstairs, way to many people The shower needed to be cleaned more an we can hear the people next to us the covers had a weird smell also. Got the executive king suite an I feel like I paid more for really just the kuerig other than that nothing special at all you could hear everything walls are thin😶

We were able to get another room since the first room was smells horrible. The helpers at breakfast area was so nice and helpful.

During check in, the lady said we don’t have booking. She said maybe its on holiday inn express. Then my husband said he was pretty sure we’re in the right hotel. Then I showed to her the booking reservation. Then she finally got it. But it took a while because she said that someone could have given our room to other guest. We had a looong day and the wait was unpleasant. Then the room she gave was smells so bad. So I came down and give us another room. It’s better but I wouldn’t want to stay in this hotel.

Room: Toilet seat was broken, toilet self flushed every 10 min, there was foot long hairs in the bed, the bathroom mirror had “smile for the camera” spelled out when the shower steam hit the window showing how the mirror really hadn’t been cleaned.

It was close to the Northwest Texas hospital where I had been for 4 days with cardiac arrest. Wanted to stay close to the hospital. Very comfortable, but the light on the mirror in the bathroom was out, soap trays in the shower are really slick and nothing would stay on them. The bar manager went out of her way to make sure we could get food in our room for dinner that night. The food was really good. The morning breakfast was excellent! Our waitress was Bernadette and was friendly and excellent. J. D. was also helpful as we thought breakfast as over at 9:30 so thought we missed it. J.D said 10:00 if we hurried we could still get in. Chef D was really nice, came out and talked to us. Nice room for breakfast,was quiet and relaxing. A lot of food that was really good. If we are ever back in Amarillo we will stay there again.

I already said the light on the mirror in the bathroom was out, not good for putting on makeup, and the soap trays in the shower were slick and nothing would stay on them.

The $5.00 parking fee, in a huge parking lot, really?

When you walk in it smells very clean!

seems services have declined in the years I have been staying here. rooms are missing furniture, beds are not made properly and bathrooms are not lit (bulbs burned out and not replaced. it’s continued to the decline to the point I will no longer stay here. I will start staying at another area hotel.

Everything was great!

The staff was professional, courteous, and accommodating. We were very impressed with them as well as the class of the facility. The rooms were clean and the entire building was very elegant.
