Location was good, unfortunate about the construction but understandable. Pool was a good temperature. Not overly crowded. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was adequate space for eating.

I checked several times about getting an additional room, but unfortunately was told the hotel was sold out. Parking lot was not full, so not sure if that was accurate. Was hoping for a cancelation. The room had some garbage on the floor. Nothing major however it was the first thing we saw upon entering.

Reserved a handicap accessible room, which need. Didn't not get it, and was told I had not reserved it, even though I had the reservation document in my my hand.

El personal fue excelente, extendí mi hora de salida 2 horas más sin ningún problema. El desayuno muy rico, el cuarto y área de desayuno muy limpio

El área de la alberca y Jacuzzi no estaba limpio y está muy descuidado, todo lo demás excelente. Extendimos nuestra salida 2 horas y cada hora Iván los de la limpieza abrirnos la puerta, eso no me gustó, Ya habíamos avisado que extendimos nuestra salida

It’s was just as we hoped

The air conditioner was very loud and didn’t appear to work properly. It was not worth the price. We stayed at a nearby hotel the following evening and it was nicer and less expensive.

Clean room. Decent breakfast items. Friendly staffs. Secure environment.

We traveled with my sister’ family and parents and upon checkin we asked if we could have rooms near each other. They accommodate that without question!

We had a double queen in our room in our room and unfortunately the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and squeaky when moving. Our daughter is somewhat of a light sleeper so anytime I wanted to move I ended up waking myself up so that I could do so slowly otherwise the bed was soo loud!

This hotel was in a great area. The people working there were super friendly. The restaurants were really close and there was a walmart in the same area, which was super helpful.

This was a great place and we enjoyed ourselves.
