Our unit was very comfortable and well furnished / equipped.
We were surprised at how easily we could hear the people in the next room. They were quite loud in our unit, even though they were talking in a normal voice.

We enjoyed how big the place was. We didn’t feel cramped and it was very relaxing. Check in was smooth as well as check out.the front desk people were very personable and pleasant to deal with.
Definitely did not like that there were multiple roaches seen in our place. A phone call was placed to the front desk and they were advised. They offered to have someone come and spray but due to us having children we declined because of that. The very next morning the coffee pot did not work properly so after taking the top off where you put in the water to just check that there were no clogs there was a roach inside of the coffee maker. Upon check out I let the front desk know of the phone call about these roaches and the one that was found in the coffee pot. She took all my info and assured me that someone would contact me. To this day we have not heard from the property at all. Had the coffee pot of filled and my wife would have drank this coffee it would have had roach droppings and who knows what else in her coffee that she would have drank. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that there was absolutely no follow up to this.

Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Could hear through the walls and anyone walking upstairs.

The room was clean. It was one of the more quiet places I have stayed and I appreciated how close it was to the all of the places we were going.

Our room was spacious. Perfect location from all attractions we visited; 1-5 miles on average. Room and property were clean and well kept; landscape well kept. Pool area was nice; towels were provided.
Living room furniture was outdated and somewhat uncomfortable. Game room in office building was too small for pool table and ping pong table.

It was clean and they had onsite activities often. The kids enjoyed the dive in movie and trivia.
We had to drive to the indoor pool and it was closed several times due to chemicals being off.

Rooms are clean, beds were surprisingly comfortable, pools are fantastic, staff were exceptional!!! Five families traveling together and we all really enjoyed our stay.

Love the location. One-bedroom with full kitchen and laundry is very comfortable for the two of us for longer stays.
We stayed two weeks and had to ask for extra necessities such as toilet tissue. Their policy is not to clean rooms with extended stays until you leave, so we had to request and were reluctantly given clean towels for the second week. I expected better for the price we paid. Internet connections are sporadic in the rooms.

We loved the apartment style rooms and the option to dine in if we wanted. The location is kind of off the beaten path which brings a cozy feeling to the experience. We absolutely loved it.

The location was great. Far enough from main strip, but yet close enough to attractions. Was a quiet resort. Our room was great..made you feel at home.
The only thing was that our vertical blinds going to the patio would not open so we could go through the sliding patio doors. Also, the water pressure in the shower was not the best. Took me forever to rinse the shampoo from my thick hair.

apartment was nice
couches were hard. We could feel the bed frame through the cushions. There was BM on the bathroom door and they had obviously not swept. Indoor pool way too far away. We didn’t even use it.

Beds were way to soft. I think probably time to replace mattresses and use the zip in mattress covers.
