The facilities I booked for on booking.com was different from what I was given and I was charged for parking when I did not even have a car .

This hotel met our needs for one night for being close to Country Club Plaza without being outrageously expensive. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating for a late checkout. The breakfast had lots of choice, clean and kept up to date. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sink in bathroom kept making gurgling noise intermittently all night. Sheets and mattress pad wouldn’t stay on bed (standard sheets on a deep pocket mattress).

The staff very friendly and hotel close to many things.

The use of since covid we no longer go into the rooms daily to clean. No trashbags in the trash cans. Also I paid for a premium room and the snacks were not properly explained to me so missed 3 days of taking advantage of what I paid for.

Ice machine on third floor out of order and only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel. The teams staying there dominated it the whole time. Had to go to a local laundromat.

Location rocked. Everything was very clean.

I'm fine with staff not coming into our room so clean/make beds however not coming in to restock towels/treats we paid for was bad. Even when we had to ask the front desk for new towels they were "low" so we couldn't even get enough for our family.

As a family of 7 it’s tough to find large enough accommodations. This space met our needs with enough beds and additional space and was clean. The pool was large with a large pool deck with lots of towels and chairs and wasn’t too hot and humid, noisy or overcrowded. The breakfast was great with many hot options and good coffee! Many staff available, friendly and helpful!

The breakfast staff was great! Immediate to refill anything that was low or running out.

could we please have more fresh fruit options...bananas?

I liked the egg omelets, sausage, biscuits and the coffee.

We had a bathroom sink incident on day one. There was a clog next door room 415 the water didn’t drain and the plumber came quickly when my sink room 417 spewed black stuff. Since the plumber was next door it was fixed quickly. However, the next day it still had a slight gurgling noise. I didn’t change rooms because we arrived in the late evening. Also, the cable panel board under the telephone/clock desk fell off.

Room set up was perfect- king room, pull out couch and kitchenette. They supplied dish soap, cloth and towel- much appreciated! We would definitely stay again.

The AC didn’t work and breakfast was pretty boring. Not typical for a Hampton. On the low end of Hamptons.

Great location, and nice garage parking. Clean, comfortable rooms. Fun, spacious pool for the kids to play in. Pleasant staff. All in all, well done hotel.

The elevator from the garage only accessed the lobby. So it made for an extra walk and a second elevator ride to get from the car to the room.

The staff were all super friendly and very accommodating.

The people working were so friendly and helpful-at the front desk, breakfast, and in housekeeping. Breakfast definitely exceeded our expectations. Every morning, there were different hot items available, 3 waffle irons to make Belgian waffles, and kind staff members making sure things were neat and organized and that everyone had what they needed.
