Great location, walkable to Ogunquit center and Perkins Cove.

very comfortable rooms. Loved having a microwave, coffee pot, basic dishes and silverware. Very easy parking.
we had a very difficult time releasing and restoring the safety bar on the slider. I cut my finger trying. Luckily, the front desk had Band-Aids. We were also lucky that it happened during the hours that the desk was staffed. Had it happened outside of those hours I'm not sure what I would've done. It wasn't quite an emergency, but I did appreciate having the help when I needed it.

Balcony, hot tub, pool, music in the main building was a very effective pleasant atmosphere.
No food on site. Sometimes you just don't want to go out. Better order in options laid out for people may be a simple improvement. Even a simple breakfast would go along way.

our king bed could have been more comfortable/ maybe a pillow top or quilted mattress cover or a newer mattress

The accommodations were excellent. The staff had decorated the place for Halloween and had hot cider for the patrons in the lobby. My husband enjoyed the indoor pool and spa and we were very close to our favorite restaurant, Jonathan's.
There were no dislikes. It was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend this place to others.

Unfortunately they no longer provide continental breakfast, however they do provide all the necessary appliances to make your own breakfast in the room. the Grand is a very clean and comfortable facility with generous rooms, comfortable furnishings, very clean. Located in proximity to many local restaurants, town center, beach walking paths. The staff is very congenial, helpful and makes every effort to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
Unfortunately the loss of having continental breakfast every morning but the staff did explain why they had to end that amenity and we fully understand.

Really great location. Easy walk to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and the Ogunquit Beach areas. Room was clean and spacious. Despite being on the first floor next to the lobby, it was surprisingly quiet. The private balcony was an especially nice feature.
Hard to think of anything to criticize, but I guess I could say, as others have mentioned, that's it's a little bit dated. I didn't have an issue with it, but others might.
