Breakfast was great. The location was awesome and staff was friendly.

The mattress needs to be replaced. It wasn't comfortable. The location was perfect for easy access off and on the freeway.

The bedding was horribly uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping with the curtain .

The only plus was that they were pet friendly.

Where do I start? I stayed for 6 nights, not a single one of those nights did the WiFi work. Which wouldn’t be an issue if I wasn’t a student, thankfully I was able to use my personal hotspot from my phone. 2/3 of the vanity drawers were not functioning. Old food left in the mini fridge. Sheet/comforter was dirty and had holes all over it. Dirty towels shoved under the vanity cabinet. Bath tub leaks/doesn’t hold water. Water NEVER got hotter than warm. Ice machines were down on 1st and 2nd floor. After 2 days the back entrance to the building (which was right next to my room) stopped working. Breakfast was a joke.

While rooms was not clean beds was not made and garbage in both rooms we had got put in to was not clean and their was trash in the room we got put in to. And asked for a refund and they said we would get a two nights for free but we still got charged for those two nights and we don’t understand why we did!!

I was treated like a idiot and was very uncomfortable around the staff as it was dirty and smelled bad

It smelled bad the food was late in the morning and the towels were dirty

Not sure if this was the case with all the rooms. To begin with they gave us room next to the elevators, it felt like an earthquake every time it moved through out the night. To add on, there was no soap, body wash. Not a single tissue box. Oh and they don’t provide water bottles. Also poor customer service at the front desk. We will stay away from them next time we are on a trip.

I was running late to the hotel and it was a long drive. I called to let them know I wasn’t gonna be there very early. They canceled my reservation and still charged me for the room.
