They was no't hable to fine my reservation so I have to go to on other hotel I hope you didn't no't charge for something that I was not able to use because your comunicacion whit the hotel and you guys sorry wasn't my fault and the lady was so lazy to to look for my reservation I was very disappointed

The funky smell in the room , smelled like a dog had been in the room. My allergies, and my Grandsons have been acting up while there and back home.

The staff is always wonderful especially Christina the front desk clerk weekend's are busy and she is always so friendly and always remembers us as we stay quit often Thank you

The pool is down😔 And the sheets were not as soft as they usually are🤷
