The true hospitality of a hotel. They really make you feel comfortable and welcomed. "Jeremiah" was truly the best clerk we've ever met! Definitely will refer & stay again

Easy access in the front and back of the property. Excellent value!

The lock on the back door didn’t always work.

There were h d bugs in the first room manager explained due to renovations various types of bugs were present

The hotel was nice and clean and had everything we needed down to the soap and everything I felt so comfortable I would definitely be back

The fact that you can't use cash for deposit but ok to pay for room with cash even tho there is a card on file is quite frankly stupid.Not right forcing me to pay a deposit that will take untold days to be released back to my bank account when cash is also a form of currency payment. The reason cash isn't acceptable (when it was before!) is that they don't like having cash around? It's called a safe! So my plans to stay there got nixed on account the refusal to let me pay cash even with a card on file just in case. I can understand that, no problem with a card on file just in case. There's no good reason why I should still be charged for the room and I couldn't stay there because of this policy. No where does it say you can't do it that I seen before making arrangements ruining my plans for a place to sleep. Thanks for that I'll never do business here again
