I didn’t like it at all. I found a bug in the bed and I went to the front desk and showed him pictures and video of the bug. He yelled and called me a liar and said he didn’t need my money. It was horrible

I'll tell you what I didn't like. Is the bed bugs in the room and on the bed and in the pillows? I was disgusted and I would never stay there again.

The fact that I told the office about the bed bugs and they wanted to see the bites when I left before they had opened because I was so disgusted and they. Would not want to see where the bites were since it's a very personal subject and I would like a refund and they would not give me one.

I've previously stayed there on several occasions, and received good service. However, this time a new management took over, and it was very different. Booking was easy. Location is great, sheets and linen were clean.

Staff smiled, but had no hospitality or customer service skills. They stay away from the desk all day, and you have to ring a bell and wait. They didn't answer phone, so I had to go to office with questions. Mainly, the room was filthy. (Bed had been changed, amenities on counter, towels clean) However, floors and bathroom needed cleaning. Urine smell was so bad around floor of toilet, we left the door closed. Floors were sticky with some kind of residue, even in the living quarters. Finger prints all over everything. Not wiped down and sanitized at all! A guest upstairs had multiple friends hanging out on upstairs terrace(smoking and drinking each night)Like a front porch. I'm from MD, and was down for a funeral. Stayed gone most of each day. Trash cans, amenities never checked. Bed and towels not freshened during our stay like old management did. Learned they've gone green. Ok, that's fine. But at least freshened up the room, and be accessible. When leaving on 3rd day, saw the cleaning lady, and there is no way she could bend over and clean around toilets and bath tubs! New mgt painted exterior, but did nothing to refresh interior! $185 for 2 nights is good, only if you get good service. Will never stay there again. New owner seems like they just want to book the rooms, not offer good customer service. Thank you!

It is very convenient, around a lot of places. Only 15 minutes from Fort Lee base. Staff is friendly.
