I liked the fact that it was close to Rolling Loud location.

I did not like the fact that I paid so much for a smelly room. Also, the door lock was broken and the room was not esthetically pleasant. I wanted to borrow a pen and a piece of paper to write something that came to mind. The clerk at the front desk kept telling me to bring it back multiple times. I had to remind him that I paid over $1,000 for 3 nights in this crappy motel room and that borrowing a pen and a blank piece of paper should not be so difficult.

The room was not clean, also got a smoker room which I did not want. blankets and pillows were dirty. Had to disinfect all the surfaces. also card for door didn’t work two of the times we were there.

Rooms are ok. I was happy that it was clean.

$350 per night for hostel is ridiculous. Especially when they don't serve breakfast (what was promised) and all the other facilities are closed. Covid is a lousy excuse. They just wanna rip the money out of you.

Just the fact that it was close to the venue that i needed to go to.

The room smelled like cigarettes. I was told i could request a late checkout in person and when i did they said no. The room was dirty, stinky and overpriced.
