Excellent staff, clean establishment , cheap price, nice area

Walls are thin and a couple were very loud. However staff eliminated the problem quickly. Microwave was outdated.. kinda confused me at first. Also the dryer was never ending 😂 but the staff helped me as much as possible.

Needs updating. Our bathroom mirror was broken, needs to be replaced.

The room was very clean and neat they accommodated us with downstairs so that my mom could get to the room easily. Very pleasant when we ask for extra pillows and towels.

They were easy access to room on the bottom floor. had a nice easy breakfast . very nice accommodations. And the price was great.

I loved no carpet in the doggy room. I loved being on the first floor as my husband and I both can not do stairs. The color and décor of the hallways and rooms was nice.

I did not like the $20 per dog fee. If you are pet friendly, don't be charging me for each pet. You can have a limit in numbers and size of pets allowed but $40 is way to much to add to an already high hotel stay. We were not informed of any available breakfast feature. The place was so busy with a small parking lot, it was difficult to drive around the building. There is no elevator. The toilet in our room was slow leaking (from the hose in the wall.) so the floor was always wet. There was only 1 chair in the room and it was an office chair. Towels and washrags was very poor quality and tub was dirt.
