Best breakfast ever!

pool was closed and gym equipment didn’t work. front desk person was not nice and was swearing!!!!

We liked everything, the staff wS wonderful, freindly, helpful, informative about places to go, things to do. I have to say this was one of our best Christmas trips my sisters and I had.

There was nothing we didn't like.

No automatic cleaning of rooms Staff ok, but not overly friendly

The distance was not far from my daughter's school. Staff is always friendly.

What I didn't like was the smell, the room had a very odd odor upon arrival that did not dissipate over time. The rooms do not have block out curtains which is a issue when you're trying to sleep in a little late. Lastly, I don't like the fact that there are no turkey products available. I don't understand why there can't be small amounts/portions of meat items other than pork/beef for guest.

Breakfast was good. The biscuits were really fresh and warm

There was a family of several kids walking around the breakfast area in bare feet and i thought that was so gross. I think the staff should have said something or have a sign up saying you should have shirt,pants and SHOES .

Everyone was so kind and helpful. When we checked in, the employee at the front desk gave us several helpful tips on the property. Room was very comfortable, and it was located very close to IUP

Very close to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and staff is friendly.

I would suggest the option of flatter pillows. All that was in our room were high pillows and because of a past back injury i need a lower profile pillow. Also, just a suggestion: since most people traveling in couples or families most have cell phones. As I looked at the room I thought of the possibility of having a very small shelf that could be folded down to the wall, but opened to accommodate a cell phone or bottle of water for night use.

The breakfast was wonderful. A nice treat that I did not expect. It really helped me out since I needed to be out early in the morning. The front staff desk was very kind, gave me complementary tooth brush and toothpaste since I forgot mine.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. Unlike the hotel we were in the nights before you could tell this hotel took pride in keeping the grounds clean.

Not the typical Hampton Honors reception at check-in. Had an error in booking and had 2 separate reservations in my name and the hotel staff never mentioned it. The room smelled smoky and there were several long hairs in the bed. I travel a good bit and stay exclusively at Hampton and Hilton properties. I am always happy…this property is not in line with the others I’ve stayed in.
