Nice big room. Clean inside and out

Horrible view out the back rooms

One simple thing. That it was across the interstate from my job.

Smelled like dog every where, dirty, filthy, thick muggy environment. Water pipe busted and flooded floor rooms damaging everything in it. But best of all, everyone received a nice warm apology for choosing that room

I like the room. It was pretty good and big room

The bed smells cigarettes as well the pillow. I could not sleep well. I woke up 4 am to take shower 🚿. But the bathtub water clogged. Shower water didn't pass through. I had to stand on my own water and complete shower. Then, the sink was same situation. Water did not pass through, it also clogged. It was a terrible night for me to stay in this room. No matter how much I paid, it was my hard working money, i should deserve the best to sleep well. The breakfast has no good choice except bagel, bread and yogurt. I went down to eat breakfast only two to three old couple went to eat and one couple left the dining area right away after looking at the breakfast choice...... I complained the information desk about my situation at the room. She replied simply, "ok ".. ... Pls think twice before you book this hotel. .......
