My Queen room was comfortable and quiet. I couldn’t hear the highway sounds in the room. Breakfast was well run and good. The pool was good too. Staff were friendly and helpful

Paying for parking and water on top of a 360 dollar charge for the night (advance booking). The dates walls and ceiling. It was loud. No bar or restaurant.

No hot water, heated pool, smaller room than I thought…NO HOT WATER!!!!

Easy check-in and out. Bedding was good.

Noisy property; concrete structure, no sound treatment. Adjoining rooms can be heard very clearly through the walls. Motorcycle gang in the parking lot with loud engines.

The location and the amenities was good

We stayed for three nights and the housekeeper didn’t came any of the days to clean up, take trash or even offer new towels. It was very disappointing because on the second day I even ask for the housekeeper and she totally ignored because when we returned at night the room was the same as we left.

We originally had a two bed bedroom. When we arrived to check in, the lady at the front desk offered us an “upgrade”. King size bed and a sofa bed. We said yes. When we were ready for bed, we opened the sofa bed and to our surprise it’s was disgusting so say the least. It still had old, dirty, stained sheets. Stains that look like dry blood, stains that look like urine, and a balloon or something like it. We called to let the front desk know. They didn’t offer us another room. I’m livid. How do you offer an “upgrade” without checking to see that everything is clean? How long wasn’t that sofa cleaned for? I’m never coming back here. The elevator was covered in cardboard. How can they advertise “enhanced cleaning” and “ health and safety measures provided”. False advertising!! DO NOT COME!
