Amenities-pool area and gym were lovely
Loved it all
4.5
We had a suite with bedroom and sitting room and balcony. We were traveling with two small dogs (extra charge). Very good kitchenette. East access to outside dog-walking area along the river. Morning coffee located in lobby. Evening wine-tasting provides by local wineries. Across the street from the Wine Train depot. Lots of open space and within an easy walk to a good variety of cafes and restaurants.
Valet parking ONLY but it was convenient and the attendants were very helpful. Small pool area, which was crowded and noisy during peak family time.

Property was clean. Facilities were a bit dated given the coat of the property
4.0
Pool area was disappointing as we booked to enjoy the sunshine, no service at the pool and beds uncomfy
2.5
The location was great and the hotel itself was nice.
The whole reason we stayed there over some nicer places was the pool and hot tub. However they were not available to use.

Nice hotel close to Napa centre
good location, nice bed, rooms need some upgrading.
the service was slow and unattentive.
asked to make up extra bed in room, this did not
happen until called reception again at bedtime - 5h after initial request. service at breakfast unattentive and not what you expect. service was a real dissappointment and not what you expect from this kind of hotel and pricepoint!

location
noise at night from the parties in the pool and spa… we could hear until 1 AM on the 3rd floor. bedroom was warm due to poor air conditioning circulation so we needed to have window open …. noisy

Breakfast was promised but never delivered. Take out only and the line was a mile long. We left.
Shower caps and other amenities missing from room. Shower head above you so with no shower cap hair was soaked. No grab bars from n shower per state law. Unbelievable for the price.

The staff was helpful and attentive. Room and common areas were clean. Very helpful that morning coffee was available in the lobby.
This property is listed by Bonvoy as a category 7 hotel but as much as we stay in Marriott Bonvoy properties, this property is more appropriately a category 5 or 6. While clean and with helpful staff, the property was not nearly worth the $650 nightly rate we had to pay (and we did book well in advance). And for that room rate we were placed in a room facing the parking lot. Unlikely that we will choose this property in the future based on value to cost.

Overall the room was nice, we paid extra to get the king suite. The shower was nice, but the tub was just a regular tub. The hotel patio area with the pool and hot tub were nice, and the fireplace area was nice, but there were not enough seating areas around it. Walking distance to the expo and downtown Napa is great.
However, I was expecting more for the amount we paid. We had a balcony, but it was useless as it was looking directly into the back of another building and there was no view. We put that we were celebrating our anniversary, and there were no nice special touches or notes that we sometimes get at a more personalized place. There wasn't really a wine bar, but there was a wine opener and wine glasses which came in handy. The restaurant wasn't really that good, we ordered two dishes and they were pretty terrible, and expensive to boot. My wife and I jokingly said we paid extra so that there would be no kids around because there didn't seem to be an "extra" factor for the price. We would return on discount days, no way we would go back at the rate we paid.

very good location just a short distance from the oxbow market and the centre. Nice bar with lovely bar staff. booked at short notice and room was off an external corridor and rather dark. fabulous bathroom
and very comfortable room made up for this. Parking provided in an underground garage which was very convenient.

Fine location, Nice stuff
-Some lights don't work in the room, appears to be quite dark
-When raining during night, there's spot on the roof was pouring quite lot of water which makes very large sound just outside my window on the 2nd floor, can't sleep whole night !
-Too expensive for its facilities

Not good service, incredibly overpriced and overrated, disappointed in the room itself - definitely not what I expected of a Westin resort

The staff are very welcoming and helpful! The room is big and comfortable; best bed sheets and mattress and the robes are awesome! It was a little strange that our room was not cleaned every day but that is not necessary. We just we’re not expecting it to not be done daily.
Rooms, Bed, Robes, morning coffee, pool area is nice.
