Long check-in process. Rep. Makes a picture of front and back of your credit card and drivers license and had it on the counter where others can view. Plus a dishonest employee could use your card.

Even though I had to pay for my dog it was a excellent place to stay with my dog. My husband liked the breakfast while I took a hot shower. Diane was very helpful and polite when we arrive and suggested a great restaurants to dine that night.I will definitely be back whe I am in Deerfield Beach.

I would of like a muffin or Danish for breakfast.

Location is great. Its was not beach front, but its 1/3 of the price of the beach front hotel only 1 block from the beach. I believe some rooms may have ocean view. Has a nice slide to entertain kids at the pool a a cozy little garden to sit and chat near the pool.

A little outdated in the rooms. You could easily hear the noise in the hallways.

I have stayed at this property at least 10 times during 2021 and 2022. My stay was always comfortable, and the staff was polite and accommodating. I just stayed there for the first time in 2023, and I will never go back. I met the new manager and he really thinks highly of himself. He will tell you all about how awesome he is and how the hotel is finally being run properly and making money. What he will not do is answer the phone. We had a problem at check-in. It was a front desk error that the nice young lady at the desk was having trouble correcting. My fiance was on the phone with her and asked to speak to the manager because the dollar amounts were not matching up. He said he was not speaking to her on the phone, that it was our problem, and that we needed to fix it on our own. When she did arrive and addressed the manager directly about the phone call, we found out why he wouldn't speak to her. The new manager is an angry, bitter old man who does not like women to be heard. He basically told us to "f off" politely. The pool was also closed shortly after we arrived. I am not sure what was wrong, but the water was milky and slimey. It remained closed during our stay. We were looking forward to the free breakfast. The bag breakfasts had gone away, so we went down for the buffet. It was the nastiest food we have ever been served. The eggs were dry and crunchy, and the sausage was undercooked. The kitchen staff was unsatisfactory. I watched a staff member from the kitchen bring out fresh sausage patties on a paper plate. On her way to the warming tray, she stopped to give some sausage to people already sitting. I was discusded to see her pick up the sausage off the plate and serve the customers bare handed. Then she slid the leftovers off the plate into the warmer bare handed. If we were not already nauseous enough as she turned to return to the kitchen, she hesitated to pick her nose. At least it was just a quick pick.

The beach

Room was ready 45 min late, coffee machine didn't work, when I went downstairs for coffee it was empty to tell the truth my last two visits was lousy I will not return.people from the street are let in to the make believe bar by the pool when I asked the bar tender to not curse so much he told me maybe I should bring my granddaughter up stairs, just so rude. When I started telling the manager he looked like I was bothering him.

Checkin was taken so long and the toilet had flushing problem. After fixed the toilet, the floor was slippery and wet. We asked why it was not prepared well for the visters!

The location was excellent. Close-by restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice. They had a good variety of cold and hot items.

I wasn’t impressed with the elevator. Also the pool was not heated.

I did not like the fact that you can not drink your own alcohol at the pool once the pool bar opened, if you can even call it a pool bar. It's walk up winder to a redone storage room. The bar tender was rude rude rude. I was told that I could not even finish my own drink while sitting out at the pool. (I had been at the pool for a few hours.)
