Would have preferred more protein options with breakfast. We ended up going to the Bagel Box a few days.

Heater air was so loud I couldn’t sleep and room would be cold if the hot air would turn off As it adjusts to the temperature set. The hotel lobby especially the elevator smelled so bad.

Clean facility. Big rooms. Breakfast was ok. Very friendly check in worker.
They charged a $50 incidental which should have been refunded or never processed through but it was and now I have to file a claim with my credit card company to have it refunded. Mistakes happen but it was a hassle calling in and trying to speak with the manager about the issue. I was forwarded to them, supposedly, 4 different times. The last call, the employee stated that the manager said it was probably being held by my credit card and that I needed to go thru them. The manager seemed to have been at the desk because I heard them talking before I would be put on hold and forwarded to voice-mail. So now I need to wait up to 60 days to get my refund...

This hotel is exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was tasty.

The breakfast was very adequate but as I am watching my weight, and chose what I thought were Cheerios,
that ended up being sweetened.

The grand majority! We really appreciated all the services and they even provide fresh baked cookies! Service was exceptional and everyone was very kind.
The only things we didn’t like were that sometimes we asked for some things and it took a while for them to get, and the wifi. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The shower fixture was broken and hard to adjust. Also the curtains was directly over the heating unit which caused the heat to be directed on the window As the fan blow the curtains outward. But, the room became warmer with a higher temperature.

The location was idea ... close to family who we visited and the medical facility where we had an appointment.
There was an electric car charging station available.
It took 4 tries to get an acceptable room. The first one the key card didn't work. The second room the beds were too small. The third room reeked of mildew. The 4th room was fine.
However the bathroom was not in great shape. The sink was cracked. The water Luke warm. The pillows were lumpy.

My room was of ample size and was attractive.
Cable television was out for the entire facility. Staff told me it would be restored the next day, but it wasn’t. I requested, in person, by phone and by email for a manager to speak to me, but my requests were ignored.
