The bed was very uncomfortable. The room above us was very noisy until 12 midnight, I mentioned it to the Front Desk but she had nothing to say or even apologize. So definitely will not be staying here again.

Second time staying here, and the family suite is awesome.

Location was good.

The room we got was filthy. There was garbage stuffed behind the night stands and bed. There was a jetted tub in the room that had a brown scum ring in it. The ceilings were brown with water damage. It was gross. We talked to the front desk who switched us to a different room which was cleaner but the AC didn't work. When we let them know his reply was oh maybe the filters need to be cleaned. No offer for a fix or any discount for our trouble. No breakfast and no coffee until the owner arrived at 6:30 am in a fishing town where people leave to go out on a boat at 5am or earlier. Overpriced by about $200 due to it being at the beach on a weekend. Very disappointing.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Gym was closed. Ice was not available on our floor, however, partly because it looked like some renovations were being done.

Didn’t like much room was dirty remote battery’s we’re dead. Then was told to come swap out remotes. Very disappointed aster spending 260 dollars

Everything was amazing, I just wasnt impressed with the kitchen area of the family suite, and there were 2 tvs but 1 hdmi cable.

Kitchen was a camp stove type thing. 2 tvs with cable box, but 1 hdmi cable, had to switch cable between tvs if wanted to watch tv.
