Needed a jacuzzi

The view from my room was lovely. I booked a king bed with a view...I received something different but my room still had a view so I didn't complain. The bed and squishy pillows were comfortable. All staff members were nice, and everything was clean. It's in a good location, you can walk to Toppers Pizza.

The hotel building is old so the walls are thin and you hear everyone around you. The AC and fridge are old too, and they made some pretty strange rattling noises off and on during the night. I booked the king room with a view, but I was given a double queen with a handicapped shower and a curtain. I was hoping to get the king room with the nice glass shower (shown in photos). Because of all this, I feel like I didn't completely get what I paid for, but I was only there one night and it was fine.

I had a room facing the marina, which was lovely. The breakfast was better than I expected; I only wish that it had some non-dairy "milks". The room was furnished well with a very comfortable lounge chair and a kind of table/tray that was convenient for food or a book.

It would be nice if one could walk to a restaurant. The closest one is quite far. The hotel did have some snacks for sale, but they weren't appetizing to me. I think it's outrageous that hotels charge $75 to bring a pet, especially a small one. They should take a deposit in case the pet causes damage, but I feel the fee is excessive. I was also shocked that there wasn't free wifi. I thought that was standard everywhere.

Our AC cooling didn’t work. My husband is an AC tech and inspected it himself. It didn’t work and the room was hot, we had to sleep with the patio door open but couldn’t sleep well due to extra noise level I let the staff know when checking out and they said they would comp the parking, but not sure why we have to pay for parking at a hotel we’re already paying to stay at. Also cell phone service isn’t great in the area and they charged extra for WiFi. Not a great way to make your guests feel at home. Also I was positive I had selected a marina view and got a lousy pool view and couldn’t switch as the hotel was full.

Gute Lage, ruhig. Großes Zimmer, gute Betten. Relativ großes Bad. Sauber. Kostenloser Parkplatz.

Personal war professionell und sachlich. Ärgerlich: Versteckte Kosten - 30 Dollar Pass-Fee! Wurde sonst auf meiner Reise durch Arizona, Nevada und Kalifornien von mir nicht verlangt. Frühstück typisch US-amerikanisch. Aber Pappteller und -Becher passen eigentlich nicht zum Ambiente dieses Hotels. Frühstücksangebot im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels unterdurchschnittlich.

Quiet street, Hotel guest parking enforced by placard, Restaurants and Grocery nearby. Room came with Fridge and Microwave. Pool is located between the Lobby and Hotel. Large balcony. Noon check out time.
