The room smelled of smoke, the chair was broken and uncomfortable to set it, there was dust in the room.

Nice room. Staff was very pleasant. GM Sonny was so helpful and respectful of any concerns I had. Fixed a problem right away. Thank you Baymont by Wyndham for an amazing stay!

The rooms were old and smelled musty. Outside of property does not look good either. The upkeep of the property needs done. Grass is tall and needs cut, weeds and parking lot needs work. The owners of the hotel constantly watch you. They make you feel so uncomfortable to be staying at the property. The walk the outside perimeter of the hotel and watch their guests. The front desk lady actually told one of our members to shut up! We were sitting in the lobby relaxing and visiting with family. Very rude staff and very cheap. No bathroom toiletries. The bare minimum. Do not stay at this property. It’s absolutely horrible.

wifi was spotty in the room at best. no elevator and all first floor rooms were already taken. Be aware that you may be forced to carry your luggage up the stairs. breakfast was meh.

The best part about the hotel was the cleaning staff, they were friendly and efficient.

The breakfest was minimal at best. The first morning, because there was no attendant, a guest took all the eggs snd sausage and it was not replaced to accommodate the rest of the guests. The pool and hottub were very outdated and small. The parking lot was barely able to handle the guest cars.

Checked in, got to our room, we weren’t in there 5 min and I had a raging headache from the smoke smell. We found a cigarette butt in the room, and decided to complain. Complained to girl at the front desk(Sarah). She then accused me and my husband of smoking in the room and called her manager and told them we smoked in the room and that my husband’s eyes were bloodshot to prove it. We explained that we did not smoke in there, we don’t even smoke, and she said she couldnt go look at the room or do anything to make it right. She was so so rude, literally the worst hotel experience of my life. On top of that, they charged us that night for the $100 damage smoking fee, even though we didn’t sleep in the room. It was a complete disaster. 10/10 would not recommend staying here.

May 2023. My room was a peaceful, clean, comfy respite after busy days! The bed and pillows were perfect for a great night’s sleep. There was plenty of light, large bathroom and a cute-cute curved two person sofa and ottoman. I didn’t use the little restaurant since I had my meals with friends.

The Price of the room

The room was not clean a candy bar wrapper by the night stand a used bar of soap and shampoo bottle on the upper ledge of the shower there's Black mold on the caulking joint around the top of the shower ledge. They charged a $100.00 deposit damage and thief deposit for the room and did not return it back to my card after my stay. Filed a dispute with my credit card. We traveled for two weeks with a couple stayed at several hotels this was a first time we were ever charged a deposit. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and have never had the hotel charge a deposit to my card. The breakfast that was offered was bad. The staff at the front desk gave the impression that the only thing they had to do was sit and play on their phones. Will not be back even if the price was good.
