The pool was down for maintenance the whole time we were there. the maintenance was scheduled but not listed on the site so we could make a choice.

cockroaches in the room, tub, bathroom. A/C was very loud.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly.

The only issue I had was I had to file a noise complaint in the middle of the night. But even then, the staff was amazing.

We booked the room because my kids wanted to go swimming, online it said pool was open but once we got there it has been closed for TWO weeks. My kids were mad /sad

I thought breakfast was well done....easy access in and out...and the bed overall was decent. I thought the staff was nice.

I thought the hotel was dated in some aspects, like the hotel carpet throughout was a bit rundown, giving a bad first impression. One more thing which isn't the hotel's fault, but Silver City has limited healthy restaurant options, if i return i will need a kitchen to maintain my healthy lifestyle.

They ran out of eggs, bacon, and gravy, so got a tamale instead. Very slow service for breakfast.

breakfasts were mediocre most days and varied a lot in choices and quality from day to day Confusing curtain system: sheers topped by thick black-out type curtains that are decorative and do not cover the full window. Hidden BEHIND the sheers are real blackout curtains if you want protection from bright street lights.

Very clean inside. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety to select from, and waffles were good. Should install USB ports for charging cellphones.

The dog walking area was very dirty and filled with dog poop everywhere. They need to install a poop station with poop bags and a trash can for the poop bags. Also, they should clean the dog area in the morning and evening.

This is not budget priced and so you get a little more. I will say they need real half and half for the coffee. Coffee in morning is my get up. Real half and half please
