I booked a room that was a king deluxe and ended up with a double Queen with no microwave Didn't have any hand soap in the bathroom Didn't have any tissues in the tissue holder There's only one garbage can and that was in the bathroom they were no options for the included breakfast

The hotel was quiet, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very nice and we were able to get a 2nd floor room which we requested. This hotel is a very good value for the money.

We did not use the exercise room or take advantage of the breakfast so we do not know how those were. There was not anything that we did not like.

The hotel doesn't accept to pay cash until checkout and deducate money also from my visa and the staff told me will be refunded after we checked out but still not refunded to my visa . And we pay cash when we checked out .

I was overpriced twice.

I booked that hotel by the heavy snowing, not to get any trouble while the night on the road. It was clean and tidy in general. I could recommend the near Bear Creek restaurant - nice food and staff.

The overall condition of the hotel could be described with worn, apparently nobody takes care for its appearance and condition. The were a bad smell in the elevator, its pushbuttons are partly not fixed. The jung receiptionist did not show experience with his doing, the on the breakfast fridge offered sandwitches, ham, cheese and eggs had been " just used up since yesterday" (...) as I´d been told on the morning by the receiption lady. So at least my breakfast choice was very slim - looking forward to a nice restaurant for lunch...

The rate was very good

The entire place needs updating and could be much cleaner. There were issues in the room pertaining to broken cabinet, heating unit noisy, dirty bathroom. No curb cut adjacent to the handicapped spaces to the side entrance. The front desk gentleman was not so welcoming and his appearance was awful. Free breakfast was just fair.

The hotel is pure disaster- in fact, it's ruin...very unfriendly lady at reception desk (Olga) was really frustrated when we asked her to change our room because it wasn't clean (on sheets it was seen the print of head on pillow and print of "bottom-back" part of body on matress)...wooow, she was so angry and rude...the smell of the room is better to not comment...never ever again- thank you for spoiling our vacation!!!
