Front desk staff The heat and a/c worked well.

1 towel and 1 washcloth. 2 lightbulbs burned out and were not replaced the next day. A week ago a bathroom flooded into the bedroom and all my towels were very wet. They apologized but no concession because I had booked with booking.com. A large white truck parks in the handicapped every time I go there ( very week) with no license plate or sticker for handicapped.

The floor was FILTHY. It looked clean, but after an hour walking around barefoot the bottom of both feet were black. So I washed them, and by morning they were black again. That floor hadn't been thoroughly mopped in at least a year. Also: there were plenty of empty rooms but someone put us in a room near the freeway noise rather than at the back of the building. Maybe worth $70/night but not $170.

The location was convenient for travelers. Place was clean. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Construction on the property was inconvenient because the water was cut off during working hours. And parking lot was full of furniture due to updating rooms. But, other than that, everything was great.

There was no breakfast, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The receptionist is great!! Very helpful, nice, she is all into customer service ☺️

No maintenance at all, very outdated, old, and bathroom wasn't working properly, leaking water all night, too much for what we paid for 🥹 even though they announce FREE breakfast they DON'T have it, only coffee.
