I appreciated the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The kids enjoyed the pool & spa
we appreciated the breakfast but could have been better/more variety of foods. However, consider the cost of food and people’s dietary issues, it was a decent breakfast
Bed mattresses were not as comfortable as they could have been and pillows did not offer much support

my room and bathroom was very very dirty. I had to clean hair balls off the bathroom floor. didn’t like the parking lot at all

The room set-up was good ... And, it was extremely clean. Additionally, the king-size bed was quite comfortable.
The breakfast offering was in name only. What was offered was over cooked or just not edible, i.e. (eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc ...) The dear attendant/server was very nice/ sweet -- While the coffee was pretty much the main offering for us.

love breakfast it’s the best we have ever had. loved how close it was both freeways. it’s was quite and cozy. pool was great good size for kids.
the beds in our room were uncomfortable, you would sink to the floor or slide off the corner.

We had a great stay. The staff was very helpful and I love the breakfast room. Great room and it was very clean. They don't clean everyday unless you asked but no problem because I didn't have to worry about that sign everyday.
Our room was clean and big but the King's Room had a slight smell. When it snowed, it appeared worst than what the road was like according to the parking lot. I felt snowed in but the main roads were clear.

Check in guy was fantastic, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast, room, was good, liked the room.
The heater was noisy and we didn't have a good night. Check out guy was grumpy.

Very nice hotel, room was clean and so spacious. Very helpful front desk staff, parking is great too. Pool and hot tub was a nice bonus. We will definitely comeback.
More fruits and vegetables selection would be nice for breakfast

Beautifully decorated, spotless, and the staff friendly. Love the bedding as it is the primary reason we choose Best Western.

The breakfast was a great variety
The sheets could have been washed a little more, there was a bit of hair on the pillows and in the bed.

We had a king room lots of space very comfortable nice bathroom, excellent breakfast friendly staff would stay here again

Parking was a little hard as several businesses surrounded the hotel.
