Breakfast was excellent

When entering our room there was a cracked window

the staff was very nice and gave us a room on the ground floor so that my mom did not have to walk that far to come and go and get breakfast. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the folks working kept it well stocked and kept the area very clean. The room was very clean and comfy.

For some reason, we had an issue getting wash cloths. That was our only negative experience. Might just have been bad timing, but it was weird.

The staff was wonderful, particularly Charmelle. When I explained to her that I had requested a cot in the king sized room we had booked, because there were no rooms available w 2 queen sized bed available on line, she found us a room with 2 queens. She was the epitome of professionalism. Also we left on a Sunday morning and a really nice breakfast was up and waiting for us earlier than advertised which was a very pleasant surprise . The breakfast staff were so cheerful, helpful and friendly.The rooms there, and common areas were very clean and comfortable.

I didn't like that we forgot our bathing suits!!!!!!! The pool looked wonderful but we didn't get to try it out .

I would have liked to serve myself breakfast, pick out my own food. Hotel is overpriced for location. I booked a 2 night stay in Somerset for Easter weekend and am saving $60 a night, for being the same distance from my visiting place. There are more restaurants and stores in walking distance and they have an indoor pool and gym.
