Juice was good, coffee creamer was a bonus, small cereal boxes were cute.

Breakfast closed far too early for us to enjoy. We had coffee and expired pastries.

you guys having problem with third party companies than don’t throw the problem to customers. already book the room and received the confirmation number, when I arrive told me it was already full at noon, than why the reservation was opened? don’t you feel bad to the people who drive long time and arrive hotel can’t rest? discuss with manager and owner to solve this really not big problem, and I didn’t stay withy you guys the night so please give me the refund please thanks!

sketchy people staying. First room stained carpet, broken lamp shade, broken curtain. Keys stopped working for entire Inn. My smoke detector's battery was low so started chirping. They didn't know how to replace batteries so they took it out of my room. They also couldn't get my check out day right. On second full day when notice was under door, I took it as a sign it was time to leave. They charged me $20 more for that second day. Not my bookings rate.

I think it housed homeless people and some scary meth people where hanging out around the hotel. As a single traveler, I was not feeling safe. I would never stay there again.

Check in was pleasant staff person was friendly and cheerful. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

Was told someone was at front desk 24hrs a day and available if needed yet when we went to check out at 6:15am someone in the hall told us the lobby was closed and we had to use the side door to leave. Room was cramped, dingy, and dated. We paid the same rate as we paid for the Hampton in Oregon and the value doesn’t even begin to compare. The Hampton is far superior to this property. This property will put us off from choosing the Comfort Inn in the future. We trusted the name but this property does not deliver.

The beds were comfy and it is easy to get to from the I-5.

Our room had a smart tv that didn’t even work. None of the channels worked. The police were outside the building questioning people walking to their cars (us included) because staff called about an alleged fight in the parking lot. Room was dirty and the carpet was sticky, so leave your shoes on. No water pressure in the shower. The entire property was no smoking except in one area outside, yet the entire place smelled like old cigarettes.
