Breakfast was wonderful , comfy beds and clean. I was just disappointed that it said on their website that it had a sofa bed in the 2 queen bed rooms however, they didn’t.

I was disappointed that the website and front desk did not inform that there were no sofa bed that came in the double queen bed rooms when is showed it did on the website.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

We needed a quick get away to celebrate our one year anniversary. I booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi. When we arrived we found out that the jacuzzi was in the process of being removed and couldn't be used. It was very disappointed and a waste of money. This was the only reason we chose this hotel over another. There was a sign on the pool door stating that they took it off their site however you can still see it in photos and it is still listed on the 3rd party sites which I booked off of Booking.com. It was highly disappointing especially because that was the main thing we were looking forward to.

DISAPPOINTED THE HOT TUB OUT OF ORDER

We really liked the easy access to beach blvd.

The location was the best feature for us and although the price was double what it was worth, it was still lower that others around where we wanted to stay. The hotel itself was nice enough but the bed cover (blanket) did not look or smell clean so I just pushed it over the side and used a blanket from a zipped plastic bag. The room was very spacious and seemed to have a lot of wasted space. I would like to see hotel rooms with a separate private bedroom from the living area. Some hotels have that and the wasted space in our room could have been used for something like that.

Mostly the non-fresh bed covers.

Everything was GREAT!!

Booked through booking.com but checked hotels web site to make sure hot tub/and pool was open. Nothing on either site stated differently. Got to hotel and hot tub was closed due to pipe issues. Pool was also closed which was not stated on web site and when I called hotel directly to inquire about hot tub and pool I was told they were both open.

Food was good.

Side door key lock did not operate well.

The parking was very limited with the hotel at full capacity. I had to ask the clerk for additional parking because we left for dinner and came back to only two spots that were double parked . The other negative is that the hot tub was not in working order
