The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean.

I seen a water bug on the 3rd floor in the hallway. I don’t like bugs. I lived in Rock Hill and always had stayed with you all but I don’t understand why you have to live 50 miles out in order to get a room now? You all just lost a valuable customer.

I didn't like the breakfast because they only had Bagels, mini muffins, cereal, eggs, waffles and sausage links to eat. They didn't have bread for toast. The sausage links were not good. I think they need more of a selection.

The pool was open for the kids to enjoy.

The lady at check In was rude and during the night our smoke alarm in the room constantly was going off and kept my kids and I awake. My daughter had tournament the next day not something we needed. I called the front desk for almost 30 mins before I got an answer and was told if there was a guy in my room have him mess with the smoke alarm. I don't think so I was alone with my children. Was not messing with the smoke alarm and being fined for it. It wasn't beeping it was going off. It continued up until we checked out. At check out I mentioned it the lady just said oh sorry. That's not enough for not getting any sleep a discount or my money back would be better

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very large and accommodated the four of us very well. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. Everything was very clean and we had no major issues.

The temperature in the showers could have been a little bit warmer. If you got in the shower during the morning time you had about 5 minutes of hot water before it turned warm(ish). That was the only complaint we had during the entirety of our stay.

Broken air/heat thermostat! Thankfully, the window opened and helped. Rude breakfast staff. Same exact breakfast, not enough pantry. Dirty hand prints on walls.
