Color of the building not near the pictures online, shockingly different(old). Driving in, knee high weeds in all the flowerbeds. Closed 1st, 3rd and 4th floors for construction, yet tearing apart rooms on the only floor(2nd) guests stay! No barrier, you literally get off the elevator and see construction dust everywhere down the hallway. No toilet paper or ice bucket. Shower not only didn't get hot, it wouldn't drain. Front desk said I could get another key and shower in a different room. Talked to another guest with almost as many problems, wasn't just me. This place really sucks.

There was no breakfast, Not even a coffee maker in our room. I thought there would be a microwave in the room, but there was nothing but a tiny fridge. There was only one bath towel. The towel rack on the sink was broken.

The room looked bigger on line looking at the photos. There could have been a coffee maker in the room. I had to wait until 9:00 a.m. when the service staff came in so they could bring me a coffeemaker. I think the person at the front desk could have given me a coffeemaker since she was not doing anything. wasn't even talking on the phone. The carpets could be shampooed.

Everything I’m serious you it was dirty and mold in shower curtain. The Coustmer service was horrible .

There's a construction going on at the top two floors and I was told about until I was at the hotel. The ventilation for the bathroom is really slow, on might think that is not even on.

The location was easy to find and close to the freeway. The hotel was under going remodeling. The room was clean, with a microwave and mini frig. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfy and lots of pillows. Checking in and out were a breeze.

The access panel under bathroom sink was open and I had to replace the door to close it. The pipes were exposed. The shower-head was stiff and hard to adjust due to the height. Water from the shower leaked over the edge of tub to the floor due to inability to adjust the shower-head.

Staff was friendly and overall the place wasn't that great.

A/c unit in our first room didn't work well in the first room they put us in. The accommodated us and tried 2nd room there was absolutely no air coming out of the AC. So 3rd room we got was better. But ac didn't work to bad but could have been colder. It looked like the hotel was under reconstruction. I probably wouldn't stay here again until renovation is done.
