Location was good

Smells like cigarettes. Rooms were not cleaned very well and they had NO warm water.

the mattress was comfortable.

For the price I would have liked breakfast. There was no outside bathroom for the pool. Sheets were scratchy and there was hair on the shower wall. No out door seating or room in the lobby to eat, and you could bring food into the pool area where there where tables. No umbrellas for shade around the pool. We bought our own. The hallway smelled so strong of cigarette smoke.

convenient location right off the interstate. extremely friendly front desk clerk upon check in. She was very accommodating. Nice water pressure.

The top linens had stains but I could tell they were clean.

it was disgustingly dirty! the hallway wreaked of marijuana and cigarettes. the dust ruffle on one bed had blood on it. the sheets were stained. no mattress protectors. when we turned the heat in it smelled like the room was on fire. I tried to cancel my reservation and was lied to.

So so so so dirty. hair everywhere, smoke alarm missing, soda sprayed all over the walls, smashed spiders on the ceiling, dried contact left in the bed. smelled like smoke even though smoking isn’t allowed.

The 1st room that gave us was dirty. There were crumbs on the floor and on the be, hair in the sheets, and the shower was rusty and dirty. I think the only cleaning that happened was making the bed and emptying the trash. They offered us another room next door and it was slightly better. We turned that one down too. On our way to the lobby for the 2nd time we overheard another guest complaining About bed bugs. When we asked for refund the clerk said that she could refund us all except for a cleaning fee. Which is a joke because they obviously don't clean well. Then she noticed that we had booked through a 3rd party website and was not able to refund us. So we looked at a 3rd room that was cleaner and ended up staying. I ran out of hot water during my morning shower. The pool was closed for seasonal reasons. Will absolutely never stay there again.

Great customer service and clean comfortable room and bed.

Unfortunately, as hard as they tried, they were not able to give us a ground floor room, and we never found an ice machine. Everything else was great.
