facility/room was clean

1st morning there, there was yogurt and fresh fruit and many bagel choices. but 2nd morning yogurt was gone never replenished. never saw fresh fruit again., by 4th morning bagels were mostly gone. one package had a two week old date on it. 2 of the mornings we had to ask the front desk to replenish eggs and meat, there was still an hour left for breakfast. there was ice water put out in the AM , but it was never replenished. would have been nice to have ice water in the afternoon on the 90 degree days. I am sure it is a staffing thing, but would have liked the pool to be open a bit later. 8pm is rather early.

I think the reason it was so affordable, is because it was under construction. Nothing on Booking.com, or the hotels website indicate it was under construction. The pool was closed and that is one reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. They accidentally gave a room to someone else, and had to get the “manager” involved to find us a room that would fit her family. The “manager” may have dropped some cuss words in front of us during the process. Not us, but in front of us, but I’m entirely unprofessional. The lady checking us in originally was very nice and professional. Our room was clean, but they put us in the hallway with a lot of construction debris. This is a little thing, but the handle continually kept falling off our bathroom door.

Looked good to me, I don’t eat breakfast that early tho

Talk to a lady before booking a room through booking.com I told her what was going on and that I couldn’t check in at the Hampton inn because I didn’t have my card physically with me but had paid in advance for my room I told her that I had cash for the deposit so she said yes we can do that so I went ahead and paid my room in advance but when I got there she said she couldn’t do it. I was really frustrated because I called her before reserving the room just to make sure I didn’t paid for a room that I wasn’t going to be at like the Hampton inn

Hated it. The front desk lady was VERY rude. I didn’t even stay in this room because she refused to take cash, refused to take my moms card over the phone, and told me to “plan better next time”

Didn’t even check In because of the lady at the front desk, she was very rude, so I’m stuck paying a $200 cancel fee for a room I didn’t stay in, also I wasn’t even there for 10 minutes and there was a man breaking into vehicles in the parking lot, and a lady screaming banging on cars in the parking lot. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND this location.

After a terrible experience driving from out of state and having to find a hotel last minute, country inn in Greeley saved the day! The staff was extremely welcoming and apologized on behalf of the previous hotel we had left, the rooms were extremely clean, quiet, and updated. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
