Breakfast is not provided as stated on website. Handyman cleaning gutters was extremely loud, rude and looked strung out. Maid knocked on door and before I could answer made her way into the room while my child was changing clothes. Cut my foot open on transfer trim from bathroom to main room. Cobwebs in the bathroom. After asking the handyman to stop yelling about puking for the past two days and swearing he and his friend decided to stand in front of my truck and stare at us.

The room was dirty and the sheets were stained. The train kept us awake all night. The building is falling apart

The A/C worked.

The room smelled like smoke even though the rooms are non-smoking. The guy who was cleaning the rooms, smoked while cleaning. The toilet and sink were not cleaned and I had to wipe them both down before use. The headboard on the bed was dirty and had something on it. The lamp on one side of the bed wouldn't work because the knob to turn it on was broken off. I felt overall gross in our hotel room and felt the need to wipe every surface down in the room before putting down any belongings. We wore slip on sandles the entire stay unless we were in bed. We used our own pillows and sleeping bags. Was not worth the over $100 that we spent to stay here one night. Every machine in the hotel had an out of order sign on it. The flooring by the ice machine was soft and breaking apart. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

Nothing other than location because Stevenson is beautiful

I did look at some reviews before choosing this hotel but i didnt think it could be so dirty. Most of the reviews i read were that the staff were not nice. Nothing about the cleanliness which is the most appalling thing we encountered staying there. The hotel was disgusting overall, stains all over the floor, walls, sheets, blankets, towels, and hair in sheets. I did contact choice hotels the franchise owner and booking to tell them of the rooms not being clean. I did not have time while i was there (due to busy schedule) to speak with the hotel manager or management. I didnt even want to wall barefoot on the carpet. I will say I have stayed at wayyyy cheaper hotels which were cleaner in every possible way.

The property was easy find. That is the last positive thing I could say. I could see the river

…but the place is in dire need of care inside and out…wood rotting, fixtures old and uncared for. We ended up without towels and no one in the office answered my call that night.

The breakfast bag provided was balanced and provided a good and nutritious breakfast. That is the ONLY thing we liked. The entire two days/nights were spent in fear of having to touch stuff as everything was gross, dirty and horrible.

The property was under construction and was filthy. However, none of the disgust and filth was from the construction, it was just horribly maintained. From the lobby, the hallways, the maid's carts, the bathroom mold, the room carpeting, the pool decking, the pool water, the common area trash cans... all were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in more than a few days! The worst were the sanitizer dispensers: black, goopy, drippy gel out the dispense location and all over the device. Truly the worst place I have ever stayed and zero value to what we spent!

No breakfast, no coffee, new owner says because of COVID, not buying the excuse think the new owner being cheap

My room was clean. The motel was quiet. And in a good location.

The outside of the motel could use a little care. Simple things like lids on the garbage cans. And some paint. Some maintenance on the building
