Free water, “Idaho bars” & cookies in the evening. The breakfast was okay.

There wasn’t a blanket on the bed!! Didn’t sleep well at all the first night until I had to go get a blanket from the front desk. At breakfast, there was no juice and bacon. They said they would be getting more Monday. For a busy weekend like that AND charging close to $300/night, they should be stocked on everything! Very disappointing!

Was not advised in advance that the pool was closed. Could not bring my grandkids to swim. Cookies were soggy!

Breakfast was well done with a very polite staff.

Bed sheets were dirty. This is unacceptable! Breakfast sometimes "too" continental. Only fruit option were sad looking oranges and apples. Overall appearance: Above pictures are misleading. Place is a bit dated...

Not much

The customer service, the receptionist and the manager were very rude and my billing was messed up. Also, the shower and sink were awful! The shower squealed very loudly and there wasn’t any water pressure. This was the worst stay I have ever have at a hotel/inn.

The Staff was very polite and accommodating. The cookies were very good.

The building was pretty cavernous so any lobby conversation(s) could be heard quite clearly in my room on the 3rd floor. When someone was running on the treadmill or in the pool area it could be clearly heard in my room. On the first morning I notice that many of the holes in the showerhead were clogged by hard water scale. I reported this to the front desk and asked them if someone could clean it. She was very polite and suggested the showerhead be replaced. She said she would have their staff replace the showerhead. When I returned later that evening, the showerhead was in the same condition as when I left. I took an old toothbrush of my own and scrubbed the holes and the showerhead was better but still not very good.

The room was not very clean especially the bathroom. There were leftovers from previous tenants in fridge. Some of the pillows were very worn and flat. only one washcloth in bathroom.

Location was convenient.

Overpriced for a 2 night stay.
