The staff (Jacob) was extremely professional and personable. Location was great to our event and Charlotte.

For room rates/deposits room should have been exceptionally nicer and more upgraded. No closets. Bathroom definitely outdated and small. Linen and pillows very basic. Extremely pricey for mediocre amenities.

Had a healthy breakfast menu. I would have preferred bacon but I get it. We all found something to eat

Pool wasn’t open but think it was to early in the season.

It was in a good area & close to what we was coming to town for. Was nice to have restaurants & stores close by.

The room was a bit smaller & outdated than expected for the price but it worked for the few days we needed.

Location good Food was so so.

Eggs could be more than little patties.

The bedding was fairly comfortable.

The room did not seem overly clean. There was someone else's hair in the shower. A surrounding floor tile was broken off and left when we entered the room. No toilet paper provided so we were told we had to come to the front desk and get it ourselves. No soap dish for the faucet so just on the counter it went.

Sheets was dirty when you pull the blanket back allot of stains, 3rd shift front desk was rude, carry herself like a hood female and was dirty, need to hire people that loook up to par

The breakfasts were not very enjoyable. Minimal choices, sausage burnt both days. Had to ask for milk jugs to be refilled and only the 2% was done . I was charged for parking for 2 days yet they have a sign that says they aren't responsible for any damage. Come on, one or the other!!! Very disappointed how I got nickel and dimeed to increase the additional money I get charged.
