Rooms are outdated, a/c smelled like mold so we couldn’t use it, bathroom was small and fan didn’t work, beds had a huge dip in middle, very noisy location

I wasn't treated with respect, Front Desk and Staff acted like they aren't sure of anything and were not very professional, was surprised with a non-smoking deposit that pending

Everything was clean and worked. The pool, which we didn't use, looked nice (not fancy but nice) and people were actually using it. Loved the massage shower head (small detail, but nice).

When checking in, the credit card reader had trouble reading our card (not their fault...older card) so we tried using Apple Pay even though the receptionist warned that it sometimes doesn't work. It only half worked...showed up on our end but they couldn't see it so I ended up calling our credit card to cancel cause they couldn't cancel a charge they couldn't see or give us a room without seeing that the charge went through. So, just a warning not to try to pay through your phone...use an actual card or cash.

the room was dirty. I could not get heater to blow warm, then I could get it to turn off or blow lower… it seemed like the knob was broken. I called a maintenance guy but he did not speak English and was not helpful. the worst stay I have had … my bed and pillows are like rocks ….I want a refund for another location at a different hotel ….. this was a horrible experience

The place was very active with drug dealers and hookers all night. People trying to get in our room, it was a scary place.

It was a nice breakfast.

My partner and I had to change rooms three times because of bed bugs and small hairs in the sheets. We finally ended up with a room along the busy highway and couldn't sleep with all the noise. I was planning to file a complaint to get reimbursed for at least part of our room cost.

Everything was super clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

The bathrooms are in need of some TLC. The area was kind of rough - a lady was being arrested in the parking lot and having her child taken away when we were checking in. However, it seems like the hotel is well run...clean and friendly.

First off the room was dirty. looked like it had lot been swept in days. bath tub and toilet were filthy. walls dirty or at this point they might need a new paint job. closet had crusty rails and dirty mirrors. Fire alarm went off at 2:11 am when I called the front desk after I saw no one coming out of their rooms the gentleman said it doesn’t always happen very relaxed he said it happens only once in a while. I was shocked to hear that and surprise that people call the front desk before they decide to get out of a room?!

Breakfast was very poor. There weren’t enough tables to sit. We had to wait always for an empty table.

Very noisy, the room is directly located on side street, we woke up when the traffic started about 5 am! The breakfast was average!
