Way better than I expected. Very clean. Huge TV. Very friendly when checking in.

Small cosmetic things to be fixed. Sink area in bathroom needed caulk. A couple of outlets needed new covers and new wash clothes should be purchaed.

For starters the road into this place needs to be redone..tge man at the front desk. Needs his ass wioed for talking to my girlfriend the way he did..font ask for anytgibg u is a total smartazz .we askex for a spoon it was a big deal .my girl friend misplaced the card wuth the wifi passwaord toke me 5 minutes and arguing with me for him to give me tge password . If i ever stay there again it will be to soon. Better off pay a little more in my book thrn to half to deal with that hotal and staff again...room stunk to boot look for another place ppl waste of money

The room didn't have much amenities. I.e.. not enough towels, a few bugs, a/c didn't work properly, bathroom / tub not very big

Did even get to stay....they canceled my reservation I guess they gave it away....I was in Louisville on storm work hadn't slept in 36 hours just needed a place to lay my head for the night....they charged my card....so I had to wait several business days to get my money back. I ended up sleeping in my work truck!! Horrible experience!!!!!

wasn’t allowed to leave my pet in the room to go out to eat dinner! had to sign a wavier that if I left my pet unattended in my room they would kick me out of room!! but yet it’s a pet friendly hotel??? I don’t think so!!… also seen a couple of small roaches in the room

I thought on my booking.com I had it set for handicap accessible but it was not a handicap room so my son had accidents in his pants didn't sleep good because the beds were too high

Supplied an extra blanket upon arrival. Offered a handicapped room at an extra savings. My sister has a bad knee and a walker.

Door to adjoining room allowed voices to carry from that room.

We always stay here when we come to KY. We are now moving back there!! Great location, staff, and room was perfect! Check in and out was quick and easy.

The only negative comment was about the little dog in the next room, he was left alone too long and howled for his owner until late in the night.

Service by staff was great. Room was in line with the rate. Would use again.
